Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and the meeting begins promptly at 7:00 p.m. Normally, a program pertaining to the hobby is presented by a club member or presenter. A business meeting is conducted at this time including any changes or current announcements which were not in the Highlights (our club’s newsletter). All meetings are open to the public. The club meetings, along with the special-interest group meetings, may deviate from their regular schedules due to holidays, shows, inclement weather, etc. Our Facebook page will announce any changes to scheduled meetings.

At our general meetings, members bring refreshments for the break between the program and business meeting. Our club picnic is in August,  and the December meeting is a chili cook-off, holiday party, and potluck.
